VC Courier Service’s liability for any lost or damaged shipment is strictly limited to a maximum compensation amount of ₹1,000 per shipment, irrespective of the declared or actual value of the contents. VC Courier Service shall not be held responsible for any shipment that is seized, held, delayed, inspected, or not released by customs authorities in India or any destination country. Customs clearance procedures are solely under the control of the respective customs authorities and are beyond our control. No claims, compensation, refunds, or reimbursements will be entertained for delays, seizures, confiscations, or non-release of shipments due to customs regulations, inspections, documentation issues, prohibited items, duties, taxes, or any other actions taken by customs authorities.
